By placing an order with us, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

2. Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you.

3. Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

4. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights in all software and content (including photographic images) made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of UniFoods Online or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by UniFoods Online and its licensors.

5. Payment and Fraud Prevention

We take fraud prevention seriously. All payments made via credit card or mobile money are subject to verification. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us if we suspect fraudulent activity. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

6. Refund Policy

Please note our refund policy: Refunds are processed within 72 hours to the original payment account. A transaction fee of 7% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
